This policy covers this website (tether.raidflux.com) and the beta sign-up on it. TETHER is made by Raidflux, registered in the Netherlands (KvK 86873520). The game's own privacy policy will be published here before it is released in the app stores.

What we collect

Only what you type into the beta form: your email address and whether you use Android or iOS. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts and images are served from this site itself.

Why, and for how long

We use your email to send you a beta invite and to tell you when TETHER launches, because you asked us to (your consent). We keep it until the game has launched and the beta has ended, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. We never sell it or share it for marketing.

Who handles it

The site runs on Cloudflare. When you sign up, your details are sent to our team through a private Discord channel and, where set up, by email through Resend. These services process the data for us and may store it outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
